- What happens if it rains?
A decision is made by 6:00 a.m. for the Commencement ceremony. Announcements will be made on the Muhlenberg website as well as the emergency phone line: 484-664-6000. Commencement will be held in Memorial Hall, if indoors. If an electrical storm occurs in the middle of the ceremony, graduates will be instructed to move to Memorial Hall where they will receive their diplomas. In the event of rain, closed circuit television viewing will be available in the lobby of Seegers Union, The Red Door Cafe on the lower level, in the classrooms of Moyer Hall, and the Lithgow Science Auditorium in Trumbower Hall.
- Where do we robe?
Faculty, staff in Trexler Pavilion; students in Galleria, Baker Center for the Arts; trustees, honorary degree recipients, and hooders in Seegers Union.
- Where do we robe if it rains?
Honorary degree recipients, hooders, the platform party and trustees will robe in Seegers Union Room 108, be transported via shuttle to Memorial Hall, and gather in Room 128 for the procession. Faculty and staff will robe in the wrestling room, and students will robe in 2/3 of the Field House. When the group processes, it starts in the solar corridor and then processes ONCE around the entire gymnasium.

- Handicapped Parking & Seating?
Limited parking is available behind the Haas College Center. A state-issued handicapped tag or license plate is necessary. All seating outdoors is accessible. If inside Memorial Hall, designated area on gym floor.
- I forgot to order a Commencement video. Can I still get one?
Yes. Send a check for $50.00 to Media Services, Muhlenberg College, 2400 Chew Street, Allentown, PA 18104, by May 19, 2013. All orders received after May 19 will cost $60.00.
