Seniors must pick up their cap and gown in Rooms 108-109-110 in Seegers Union (first floor) between 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 22 or Wednesday, April 23. A fee of $50.00 is due when the cap and gown is picked up. The regalia package includes cap, gown, hood, and tassel. Payment may be made with cash, check, flex, MasterCard/Visa/Amex. |

Pre-ordered lunch tickets, as well as rain tickets for Baccalaureate and Commencement, will be distributed. Students unable to attend MUST inform the Registrar’s Office in advance.

Following Baccalaureate, graduates, parents, faculty, and staff will gather to celebrate the Class of 2008 at a reception which will be hosted by President & Mrs. Peyton Helm. A separate invitation will be sent to parents. Only graduates and family members who have pre-registered will have access to the Senior Class Appreciation Reception. (FAMILY IS DEFINED AS PARENTS, SIBLINGS, GRANDPARENTS, SIGNIFICANT OTHER AND AUNTS/UNCLES). |

RAIN POLICY
- In the event of rain, Baccalaureate and Commencement will be held in Memorial Hall.
- Students will assemble in the Field House in the Life Sports Center.
- At the senior meeting on Saturday, May 17, graduates will receive three tickets each for Baccalaureate and Commencement. These tickets will be necessary if either ceremony is held in Memorial Hall. Those without tickets will not have access to any portion of Memorial Hall.
- Due to limited seating in Memorial Hall, closed circuit television viewing of Commencement will be available in the lobby of Seegers Union (on the plasma screen), in the Red Door located on the lower level of Seegers Union, in the classrooms of Moyer Hall and in the Lithgow Science Auditorium in Trumbower Hall. In the event of excessive heat, closed circuit television accommodations will be available in these areas as well.
