Senior Class Meeting – Memorial Hall
This is a mandatory meeting for all seniors. Important Commencement information will be reviewed. Seniors MUST attend this meeting.
2:00 p.m.
A Time of Remembrance - Egner Chapel is offered for anyone grieving the death of a loved one during Commencement weekend. Families or individuals of any or no faith are very welcome. Students gather at the Center for the Arts Solar Corridor for the Baccalaureate procession.
8:15 p.m.
Parents should be seated for Baccalaureate.

Baccalaureate Service

Rain location - Memorial Hall
No tickets are required if Baccalaureate is held outdoors.
The Class of 2012 wishes to thank parents and loved ones for their support and encouragement. You are cordially invited to join in the final gathering of the senior class on the eve of Commencement 2012.

Senior Class Family Appreciation Reception
Seegers Union
Following Baccalaureate, graduates, their families, faculty and staff will gather to celebrate the Class of 2012 at a reception which will be hosted by President and Mrs. Helm. A separate invitation will be sent to parents. Only those who have pre-registered will have access to the reception.

Commencement Exercises
College Green - front of Haas College Center
Rain location - Memorial Hall
No tickets are required if Commencement is held outdoors. Commencement ceremonies generally end between noon and 12:30 p.m.
Buffet Luncheon Immediately following Commencement
Graduates and families are welcome to attend a buffet luncheon in the Wood Dining Commons following Commencement. Advanced Reservations Are Necessary. Deadline is May 11. Make reservations here.
