Many parents today like to avoid the question, why are children so full of aggression and always ready to kill and destroy? Parents choose neglect over a good spanking because they are afraid of being arrested under charges of child abuse. The positive touch that our grand parents and parents had is starting to fade away. Many parents now a days allow their children to dictate to them what they will and will not do. In public places, the surroundings depend on how a parent reprimands their kid.
