The Nose

Noses do not portray the emotions of the individual being drawn, but rather the artist's emotions toward the individual. Deviations and likenesses could be used as tools to express their feelings toward a person. It is important to note, that therapist has to look at the entire picture, rather than one particular aspect. Looking at the picture and the background of the patient would incorporate Gestalt Psychology.

The face contains many features that do not portray emotion, but when drawn can can portray emotion from the artist.
