On February 18, 1998 two high school students, twin brothers, were in a devastating car accident. One of them walked away with minor scrapes and bruises. The other sustained life changing injuries.

Brother Love documents the incidents leading up to the accident and the life altering changes that followed. Using in-depth interviews with each twin, with parents and friends, the film develops an understanding of jealousy and love.
