Facultative Wetland Plants 
  There are two categories of wetland plants. Obligate wetland plants are found in wetlands 99% of the time.  Facultative wetland plants are found in wetlands 67-99% of the time.  Plants that are found on drier sites are sometimes called Upland plants.
