Background
Professor Paul Frary joined the department in 1990.  He has served as department head for a number of years.  Dr. Frary received his BA from Baker University, Masters at Kansas State University of Emporia, and  his Ph.D. at the University of Arkansas.  His teaching interests include microeconomics, management, policies, labor-management relations, and human resources.  He has published or presented papers in teaching and critical thinking, international business, social auditing and entrepreneurial studies.  Dr. Frary has consulted and acted as a training facilitator for various  organizations in both the private and public sectors.  His PhD. dissertation was one of the pioneering works in the social auditing of business.  His teaching approach combines theory with experential learning.
