Research Interests My interests revolve around public health issues, predominantly involving HIV and AIDS. My previous research at the Primate Research Institute in New Mexico involved the development of a vaccine for HIV. My team was the first team in the country to develop a testable vaccine for HIV. At Muhlenberg, I focus on HIV and AIDS from an epidemiological standpoint, studying its spread throughout the local community. Students who wish to work with me are typically interested in Public Health as a career and have the opportunity to do internships and practica with the Allentown Health Bureau and the Lehigh Valley Hospital Health Network.
