Marcia Fay taught high school Latin for 30 years before joining
the Muhlenberg staff in 1998. She enjoys introducing students
to this ancient language and the people who spoke it. Her courses,
while emphasizing the language itself, always include aspects
of the daily life, mythology and history of the Roman people,
as well as the debt that is owed to them by the English language
and by our American culture.
