Caffè e Conversazione

If you are interested in Italian beyond the classroom confines, we would like to invite you to try using your Italian language skills in an informal, non-threatening and delicious way by coming to our “coffee and conversation” gatherings.

In the past we have had a “tavola italiana” to practice our Italian; this semester, however, because of scheduling constraints, we thought we would meet for a cappuccino break in the GQ on alternating Tuesdays and Fridays between 10:00 and 10:45 am. The idea turned out to be even more successful than the original one! We socialize, speak Italian (or try to!), eat, laugh, try again, and, to make sure we’re on track, Professoressa Zanchettin is there with a smile, as always, and sometimes home-baked goodies. Her enthusiasm is contagious-- come catch some! Tutti benvenuti!
