and Bodywork Therapy

Rolfing®-Structural Integration is a form of bodywork therapy that works to realign the body and release tension in muscles and connective tissue. Over the past fifty years Rolfing has been utilized by athletes and performing artists to obtain levels of maximum performance. Rolfing has also been, and continues to be utilized by all people wishing to decrease pain and increase overall wellbeing.

The Benefits of Rolfing-Structural Integration Include:

The Pilates Center is located in the Muhlenberg College Life Sports Center between 23rd and 24th Street on Liberty Street.  As you face the  brick Life Sports Center building, go around to the left side of the building and walk toward the back, (parking lot is on your left).  Enter through the glass doors on the right.
