Your academic advisor will be assigned to you based on your First-year Seminar. Please consult information received from the office of the Dean of the College for Academic Life.
AID DISBURSEMENT QUESTIONS
The Financial Aid office can answer your questions regarding the disbursement of your financial aid. You can visit them in the basement of Haas or check out the Financial Aid website.
DEAN OF STUDENTS
Located on the 3rd floor of Haas, the Dean of Students office is where you will find Dean Karen Green and the College Judicial Officer, Jane Schubert.
Find information about disability disclosure,accessibility, and accommodations.
The Financial Aid office is in the basement of Haas, but a visit to their website might be an easy and quick way to get your questions answered.
Any questions about on-campus housing can be answered by the Office of Residential Services, located on the ground floor of Prosser Hall.
If you have general questions about your ID card, such as how to replace a lost or stolen card, you should see the Assistant to the Director of the Student Union, Christine Lake. She is in the office behind the Information Desk on the main floor of Seegers Union. There is also a quick facts page located on their website.
For building access, you need to go to Campus Safety, located on the ground floor of Prosser Hall.
To open a Flex Account with your card, you should go to the Controller’s office webpage and fill out the appropriate form.
For immunizations or other health concerns, go to the Health Center on the first floor of the Life Sports Center. Their website has a lot of helpful information.
PAYMENT OF TUITION AND FEES:
If you only need to pay for tuition or any fees, you need to visit the Controller’s office in the basement of Haas. If you have questions about your tuition, you can visit the Muhlenberg College Financial Aid Online System or visit the Financial Aid office, also located in the basement of Haas.
First-year students seeking review or changes in their course schedule should talk with their seminar advisor during Orientation weekend.

RESTRICTING DIRECTORY INFORMATION (Privacy Hold):
During June Advising, a form will be given to students explaining their rights with regard to the information that is collected about them by the College. Students will also be asked to indicate with their signature whether or not College personnel may speak with their parents about their educational experience. Additional information about this form and student rights may be obtained in the Office of the Registrar.
Your class schedule can be accessed through Capstone. Once you are registered in June, a packet of information will be sent out to you in late July regarding login and how to use the full Capstone system.
STUDENT AFFAIRS WEBSITE:
The Dean of Students website is a great place to find information about Student Activities, Greek Affairs, Student Leadership, Community Service and Civic Engagement and the Multicultural Center. There is also a list of Student Policies, an important piece of knowledge to make your experience at Muhlenberg safe and enjoyable.

Textbooks are purchased through the Berg Bookshop, located in the basement of Seegers Union. Visit the Berg Bookshop online to learn more about how to find, reserve, buy and return textbooks.
