managing the college library and providing the leadership for developing a robust information resource center for all campus constituencies. As the Library Director, I strive to serve as a strong advocate and communicator, possessing a clear, forward-looking vision of the library’s vital role in a liberal arts college. I am committed to effective outreach across a broad spectrum of disciplines and constituencies, and I am responsible for effective stewardship the library budget, resource allocations, and fundraising activities. In concert with the full library staff and the Library Committee, I work to advance the technological changes to maximize availability of needed information resources. With a focus on short-term and long-range planning, it is my goal for the library to serve as a high quality partner in the academic experiences provided through Muhlenberg College.
