Faculty may use this form to request in-class library instruction sessions for their classes. 

If you are a student looking for individual help with your research, please contact the appropriate subject specialist librarian.

  • Please submit your request at least one week prior to the date(s) you are requesting.

  • Submit only one course request per form.  (If you are teaching more than one section of the SAME CLASS you do not need to fill out multiple forms.  Include meeting time options for all sections.)

Describe the course project(s) and what you would like your students to gain from this library instruction session. List any specific topics/resources you would like the librarian to cover (or not cover).

If appropriate to the project(s), suggest some relevant sample topics, as this will help the librarian plan the session.
