How can I locate a list of companies, by year, that have undergone a business combination?

    Business and Company ASAP
    Contains full text of articles describing recent business combinations. Try a keyword search on hostile takeover or acquisition, etc. Limit your search by year if desired.

    Business Source Elite
    Same as Business and Company ASAP, but more exclusively focused on U.S. companies.

How do I locate annual reports for each company?
