Subscription database. Good source for contemporary reviews from newspapers and magazines throughout the U.S. and abroad. 1980s-present.

Finding scholarly criticism

Academic Search Premier
Subscription database. A good starting place for peer-reviewed articles.

JSTOR
Subscription database. Full text of scholarly journals from most academic disciplines. Coverage is from the inception of the journal through three to five years ago.

MLA ***RECOMMENDED***
Subscription database. Best online index of scholarly film criticism; now provides links to selected full text.
