Formal Recruiting Program
You may know whether your organization needs to hire talent several months in advance. You can set up a resume collection or on-campus interview day. The Career Center sets a formal deadline and markets your open positions to students and targeted campus groups. Our recruiting program educates students on resume and job search techniques, as well as ethical practices in the search process through a required meeting. Our staff also does a quick critique of documents before sending them to you to make sure they meet your basic qualifications.
The Career Center welcomes organizations to our facility to conduct on-campus interviews. Our recruiting calendar runs from late-September to early-December, and mid-February through early-May. To request an on-campus interview date, please complete Option #1 on our Recruitment Information Form. You can interview students for internship opportunities or jobs requiring a bachelor’s degree.
The resume collection service is designed for employers who are unable to come to campus, but wish to seek Muhlenberg talent. To request a resume collection date, please complete Option #2 on our Recruitment Information Form.
