During Spring, Fall & Winter breaks, summer and occasionally throughout the year, Conference and Event Services assists in planning special events for corporations, non-profit organizations, Lehigh Valley residents and our own Muhlenberg faculty and staff. Events include summer conferences, corporate meetings, retreats and trainings as well as wedding receptions, birthday parties, bridal showers and much more!

We enjoyed our stay during our Church youth retreat at Muhlenberg College. The staff and conference manager were hospitable, courteous and attentive to our needs. In addition, it is a lovely campus with great food and meeting rooms. Muhlenberg College is a great location and we are returning this year.

The wedding was great- we had a beautiful day for it! The reception came together very nicely- I thought the tables and room looked lovely. The food was really great too! Sodexo was great--very attentive and polite to all the guests!

The banquet was terrific from top to bottom. Sodexo was great to work with and everything was handled wonderfully. Media services equipment ready to go and showed me how to use it all. The event came off without a hitch. I appreciate everyone's help.

The Hoffman House was the perfect venue for our meeting – and I have no doubt we will try to be back there in the future for similar meetings. Food service was great – as an Alum Class of 87’, I love the idea of the signature cookies. Thank you for being so accommodating. It really was a great place for us to meet and we made use of the whole first floor.

We enjoy holding our company celebrations at places that have a special meaning to our associates. As the structural engineer in the design of the recent renovation of Seegers Union Building which included the construction of the new Wood Dining Commons, we felt Muhlenberg College was the ideal location for our recent event. Arranging the perfect evening was a very simple affair. We had one meeting with the conference service manager to see the room and review rental requirements and one meeting with the catering manager to identify preferred price ranges and menu options. Service during the event was responsive and attentive and the food was delicious. Everyone from the C.E.O. on down was delighted with the evening.
