4.4 Americans With Disabilities Act

The College does not discriminate against qualified individuals with disabilities in regard to any employment practices, terms, conditions or privileges of employment. This includes:



application evaluations promotion
assignments hiring termination
benefits layoff/recall testing
compensation leave training
disciplinary action medical examinations
