Holiday Office Coverage
The College observes the following holidays:
Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year's Day and three other days during the winter break. For 2012, the Christmas/New Year's/winter break holidays are scheduled for December 24, 25, 26, and 31, 2012, and January 1, 2013. The College will be open on December 27 and December 28, 2012 as well as January 2, 3 and 4, 2013.
Offices listed below are expected to be open for business on the holidays indicated. President's Staff members, in consultation with their supervisory managers, will designate those individuals who will provide coverage. Managers and staff associates who are required to work Labor Day are entitled to a floating holiday in exchange for the time worked. One holiday is also available for use on either Martin Luther King, Jr. Day or Easter Monday. Employees required to work both Martin Luther King, Jr. Day and Easter Monday are entitled to a floating holiday.
