Reserving Facilities

Computer Labs

The following computer labs can be reserved by Muhlenberg faculty and staff:


  • Ettinger 001
  • Trumbower 013
  • Trexler B
  • Trexler C

No more than 2 labs can be reserved at a time. Labs will not be reserved during final exams or study periods, except under unusual circumstances. To reserve a lab, contact Rudi McCauley, Support Manager, in the Office of Information Technology (OIT) at x3566 or emailing mccauley@muhlenberg.edu.

All reserved labs must have a sign posted by OIT that includes the following information:


  • Dates
  • Times
  • Person Using Lab (name of professor and department)
  • Alternate Lab Sites Available

Computer Classrooms

There are several "computer classrooms," or technology classrooms, available in our academic buildings. To reserve a computer classroom, contact the Office of the Registrar to inquire about availability and reserve the space by calling 484-664-3190 or e-mailing: registrar@muhlenberg.edu.
