Where do I register?
You may submit your enrollment request in a variety of ways. You may deliver the request directly to the Office of the Registrar on the Ground Floor of the Haas College Center. You may also stop by the Wescoe College office at the Gabriel House on the main campus in Allentown. If you can't make it to campus, fax or mail your enrollment request. Reach us by fax at (484) 664-3532 or mail: Muhlenberg Summer Study, 2400 Chew Street, Allentown, PA 18104. All enrollment requests are processed by the Registrar. You can check to see if you have been registered by logging in to Capstone Online.
What courses can I take?
Plan right now to speak with an advisor. They know quite a bit about the who and the what that will be offered this summer at Muhlenberg. As you talk with them, you should also prepare yourself for the when possibilities involved in the registration process. Compose a healthy list of possibilities before you make your final selections, so you'll be prepared if your first choice isn't available.
What do I need to fill out?
You must complete the enrollment request in full! Your written request is important to ensure that we take action on your enrollment exactly as you instruct. Please note that by signing the enrollment request you are pledging to adhere to Muhlenberg's Academic Behavior Code; a serious commitment that you can find out more about in the College catalog or by asking us. For your convenience, an enrollment request is avaliable on-line for you to print, complete, and submit.
When can I register?
Your opportunity to register for summer courses begins Thursday, March 1. We would encourage you to REGISTER AS SOON AS YOU CAN after this date. Registering early works to your advantage in two ways:
- Seating in courses is on a first-come, first-served basis. Don't wait to get your place in that course you had your eye on until it's too late, and
- Courses can be cancelled for lack of enrollment if we don't know about your interest. We typically need to make decisions of this sort about two weeks before a course should start.
How do I change my schedule once I've already registered?
You can change your summer schedule, using the same type of enrollment request form you use to initially register, at any time until the add/drop period concludes for the session in which the course section(s) you have enrolled for is scheduled. Consult the academic calendar and course listings for specifics. Enrollment in courses is closed at the conclusion of each add/drop period.
