- On the registration form you can indicate whether you would like to present, and preferred form of presentation (talk or poster).
- Registration forms can be submitted to Dr. Iyengarelectronically (preferred form of submission), or mailed. See below for address.
- Also please indicate on the registration form whether you anticipate attending lunch, and whether you prefer a vegetarian lunch option.
