- One other course numbered between PHY 200 and PHY 399 in the department.
- MTH 121 Calculus I
- MTH 122 Calculus II
Two additional courses in mathematics chosen from:

Students interested in graduate work in physics or engineering will be encouraged to elect additional physics and mathematics courses.
