Adult Ballet is designed for dancers who wish to continue their dance education in a supportive studio environment. The instructor will adapt the curriculum to meet you at your own experience level—beginner, intermediate, or advanced. The focus of the class is to help dancers maintain and improve their technique. Beginners are welcome, too! If you enjoyed dance classes in your youth, but got away from it, or you have always wanted to try a ballet class, MCDC Adult Ballet is the perfect opportunity.
