Freshman Chris Manfredonia (left) hit safely in both games to extend his hitting streak to a school-record 18 games, but Muhlenberg was swept at Gettysburg, 13-8 and 9-3.

April 13: Mules fall at home to Swarthmore
Muhlenberg dropped its sixth straight game, 12-5 against Swarthmore.

Joseph Vila April 10: Comeback falls short at Swarthmore
Muhlenberg scored three runs in the ninth and got the tying run to the plate before falling at Swarthmore, 8-6. Junior Joseph Vila (left) hit his 10th career triple and drove in his 75th career run.

April 7: Long day for Mules
The Mules dropped both ends of a doubleheader at Franklin & Marshall, losing the first game in 12 innings.

April 5: Muhlenberg drops CC matchup
Muhlenberg lost at home to Haverford, 8-2.

April 3: Mules fall to Haverford
John Scuderi hit his first home run of the season for the Mules' lone runs in a 6-2 loss at Haverford.

Nick Gies April 1: Muhlenberg wins non-conference game at Centenary
Freshman Nick Gies (left) pitched 5 2/3 shutout innings to earn the win in his first career start as the Mules defeated Centenary, 7-3.

Christian Ferlan March 31: Pitchers sparkle in split at McDaniel
Muhlenberg's pitchers allowed only three earned runs in a doubleheader split at McDaniel. Freshman Christian Ferlan (right) tossed eight strong innings in the nightcap to improve to 4-0.

March 30: Mules fall to Ursinus
The Mules allowed nine runs in the middle innings and lost a Centennial Conference home game to Ursinus, 12-4.

Jimmy Cody March 27: Muhlenberg wins conference opener
Freshman Jimmy Cody (left) had three hits and scored five runs as Muhlenberg defeated Ursinus, 11-5, in its first Centennial Conference game of the season.

March 24: Mules beat rain, but fall to New Jersey
Moving its doubleheader start time up two hours with a storm approaching was successful, as the Mules got in both games against The College of New Jersey. Unfortunately, they lost both, 7-3 and 13-10.

Phillip Balseca March 23: Young pitchers, long balls lead Mules past Baptist Bible
Phillip Balseca (left) combined with three other freshmen on a five-hitter as Muhlenberg won its fifth straight, 13-1 against Baptist Bible. Senior Nick Busillo hit two home runs, including a grand slam.

John Scuderi March 22: Muhlenberg moves to 10 games over .500
Sophomore John Scuderi (right) had two extra-base hits as part of a 16-hit attack that paced Muhlenberg past Albright, 16-3. The win put the Mules 10 games over .500 for the first time since 2003.

Billy Rogers March 20: Mules receive votes in poll, get win
After receiving votes in a national poll for the first time, Muhlenberg knocked off Valley Forge Christian, 10-1. Junior Billy Rogers (left) struck out five and allowed only one hit in five shutout innings.
