Derrick Eng April 27: Muhlenberg edged by playoff-bound Ursinus
Muhlenberg took a 2-1 lead after doubles, with freshman Derrick Eng (right) contributing to a win at No. 3, but playoff qualifier Ursinus came back in singles to win, 5-4.

April 25: Mules fall in home finale
Muhlenberg was swept 9-0 by Franklin & Marshall in its last home match of the season.

Max Blumenthal April 24: Dickinson doubles up Mules
Dickinson won four times in singles and twice in doubles in a 6-3 win that eliminated the Mules from playoff contention. Freshman Max Blumenthal (left) won in straight sets at No. 2 singles.

April 21: Mules swept by ranked opponents
Muhlenberg lost 9-0 to two nationally ranked teams, Johns Hopkins and New Jersey.

Keith Beizer April 16: Win at Moravian clinches Matte
The Mules won 7-2 at Moravian to clinch The Matte Award for Muhlenberg. Sophomore Keith Beizer (right) won at No. 6 singles for the second straight match.

Eric Chavis April 13: Muhlenberg doubles up McDaniel
The Mules overcame a 2-1 deficit after doubles play to defeat McDaniel, 6-3. Sophomore Eric Chavis (left) was winner at second doubles and fifth singles.

April 10: Mules swept at Haverford
Muhlenberg suffered its second straight 9-0 loss to a regionally ranked opponent.

April 8: Mules swept by No. 23 Swarthmore
In the first of four matches against regionally ranked Centennial Conference opponents, the Mules were swept by Swarthmore.

Jason Teitelbaum April 6: Muhlenberg edged by Washington
The Mules came as close as they ever have to beating Washington, falling 5-4 after taking a 2-1 lead into singles play. Junior Jason Teitelbaum (right) won at both doubles and singles to complete a 3-1 weekend.

April 5: Mules fall at Salisbury
Muhlenberg won at No. 2 doubles, an 8-5 victory by junior Jason Teitelbaum and sophomore Eric Chavis, but the Mules dropped the match, 8-1.

Dylan Ander March 29: Ander gives Mules win in CC opener
Freshman Dylan Ander (left) came back from a 5-2 deficit in the third set to win in the final match on the court, giving Muhlenberg a 5-4 victory at Gettysburg in its first Centennial Conference match of the season.

Daniel Lakhman March 26: Lakhman named player of the week
Sophomore Daniel Lakhman (right) was named Centennial Conference men's tennis player of the week.

Ben Berkowitz March 23: Muhlenberg shuts out Arcadia
Junior Ben Berkowitz (left) was one of three singles players to post a 6-0, 6-0 win as the Mules shut out Arcadia, 9-0, in their spring home opener.

Muhlenberg will field a very young team as it looks to improve in the tough Centennial Conference in 2013.

February 23: Mules open spring vs. Lafayette
The Mules fell to Division I Lafayette, 7-0, in their first match of the spring season.

September 30: Ander reaches ITA final
Freshman Dylan Ander advanced to the final of the B6 singles draw at the ITA Southeast Regional.

September 9: Mules strong in first tourney
Sophomore Daniel Lakhman won the first singles flight at the Mule Fall Classic. The top five players in Muhlenberg's singles lineup and the top two doubles teams went undefeated against the other Division III schools.
