Kline Honored by Centennial Conference

Kelly Kline Junior Kelly Kline of the Muhlenberg softball team was named Centennial Conference player of the week for the second time this season and the fifth time in her career.

Kline hit .800 with seven runs scored, nine RBI, a 1.700 slugging percentage and an .813 on-base percentage in CC doubleheader sweeps of Swarthmore and Washington.

She broke Muhlenberg’s career RBI record and became the 12th player in CC history to knock in 100 runs, finishing the week with 104. Kline also moved into third place on the CC all-time home run list with round-trippers that gave the Mules the lead in back-to-back games. She has 19 career home runs.

Kline leads the CC with a .532 batting average and 28 RBI.
