May 6: Umbach wins LVAIAW award
Junior Stephanie Umbach was recognized as Muhlenberg's top female athlete by the Lehigh Valley Association of Intercollegiate Athletics for Women.

A program-record five Mules were selected to the All-Centennial Conference team. Senior Kaitlyn McCaffrey (right) was named defensive player of the year.

May 1: Muhlenberg falls in playoffs
The Mules got off to a slow start and lost at McDaniel, 18-11, in the first round of the Centennial Conference playoffs.

April 29: Playoff preview
Picked ninth in the Centennial Conference preseason poll, Muhlenberg ended the regular season with a three-game winning streak to qualify for the playoffs.

Muhlenberg had four teams - tied for the most in the league - qualify for Centennial Conference postseason tournaments.

Kelsey Nagle Allison Murnick April 23: Overtime road win keeps playoff hopes alive
The Mules remained in the Centennial Conference playoff hunt with a 13-11 overtime win at Dickinson. Freshman Kelsey Nagle (left) scored the winning goal late in the first OT period, and classmate Allison Murnick (right) led the defense with four caused turnovers.

Veronica Maccia Anna Provax April 18: Records fall, seniors score in home finale
Muhlenberg broke or tied a number of records in its 21-1 win against Bryn Mawr in the final scheduled home game of the season. All seven seniors scored on Senior Day, including Veronica Maccia (left) and Anna Provax (right), who netted their first career goals.

April 16: Comeback for naught in double-overtime loss
The Mules rallied from a six-goal second-half deficit before losing in double-overtime to Swarthmore, 11-10.

April 12: Mules suffer second straight loss
Muhlenberg could not hold on to a two-goal halftime lead and fell at McDaniel, 15-10.

April 7: Division III leader Umbach earns conference honor
Junior Stephanie Umbach, the Division III leader in goals per game, was named Centennial Conference offensive player of the week.

April 5: Late goal beats Mules
Washington College scored with 15.4 seconds left to win a 13-12 thriller against Muhlenberg.

Kiersten Mulvey April 2: Muhlenberg records important win
Muhlenberg opened up a big early lead and held on to defeat 2013 Centennial Conference playoff qualifier Haverford, 14-12. Sophomore Kiersten Mulvey (left) made five saves and allowed only three goals in the first half.

March 31: McCaffrey named player of the week
Senior Kaitlyn McCaffrey was named Centennial Conference defensive player of the week after leading the Mules to a win and a near-upset.

March 29: Mules hang tough with No. 6 Gettysburg
Muhlenberg led sixth-ranked Gettysburg late in the first half, but the Bullets pulled away in the second for a 15-13 win.

The duo of junior Stephanie Umbach and senior Michelle Certosimo is rewriting the Muhlenberg record book.

Kayleigh Thies March 26: Muhlenberg bounces back
Muhlenberg returned to the winning column with a 17-5 win at Albright. Junior Kayleigh Thies (right) was one of four Mules to record a hat trick.

March 25: Mules join fight against cancer
The Mules are raising money for the Friends of Jaclyn Foundation and will raffle off prizes at their game against Washington on Saturday, April 5.

March 22: Mules drop CC opener
Muhlenberg fell to nationally ranked Franklin & Marshall, 17-6, in its first Centennial Conference game of the season.

March 17: Banner day for Mules
A banner day for the Mules included recognition in the national rankings, player-of-the-week honors for junior Stephanie Umbach and a 20-4 win against Smith.

March 15: Defense makes stand vs. RIT
Muhlenberg's defense held RIT without a goal for a stretch of almost 31 minutes in a 16-10 home win.

March 12: Milestones galore for Mules
Three major milestones were reached in Muhlenberg's 18-9 win against FDU-Florham, including the 100th career win for head coach Kristen Stuckel.

March 7: Mules suffer first loss
The Mules dropped a 17-10 decision at Montclair State, an NCAA Tournament team each of the last four years, for their first loss of the season.

Michelle Certosimo March 4: Muhlenberg wins shootout
The Mules got off to a hot start and held off a strong Lebanon Valley squad for a 17-13 victory. Senior Michelle Certosimo (right) and junior Stephanie Umbach each had five goals and three assists, with Umbach adding a school-record 15 draw controls.

Sarah McTamany March 1: Mules roll in opener
Muhlenberg scored six goals in the first eight minutes and breezed past Gwynedd Mercy, 18-2, in its season opener. Junior Sarah McTamany (left) was one of 10 Mules to score a goal, netting one in her first career start.
