The Mules outshot Swarthmore by 10 but lost, 1-0, in a Centennial Conference first-round game.

October 29: Playoff preview
In search of its fourth Centennial Conference championship, Muhlenberg will begin the playoffs with a home game against Swarthmore. Freshman Nicole Karsch was named CC player of the week after helping the Mules qualify for the playoffs.

Freshman Nicole Karsch (right) scored the lone goal late in the first half and the Mules held on to defeat Ursinus, 1-0, clinching a Centennial Conference playoff berth.

October 23: Muhlenberg falls to Moravian
Visiting Moravian scored early in the second half and handed the Mules their second straight 1-0 loss.

October 20: Streaks snapped by Gettysburg
Gettysburg scored the lone goal off a first-half corner kick, ending the Mules' six-game Centennial Conference unbeaten streak and their 590-plus minute CC unscored-on streak.

Natalie Wizel October 17: Mules down regionally ranked Swarthmore
Senior Natalie Wizel (left) scored the first of two goals as the Mules picked up an important Centennial Conference win, 2-0 against regionally ranked Swarthmore.

October 13: Shutout streak extended at F&M
Muhlenberg recorded its fifth straight Centennial Conference shutout but could not score itself and had to settle for a 0-0 draw at Franklin & Marshall.

Muhlenberg scored all of its goals in the second half and won its third straight game, 4-0 against Washington. Junior Stephanie Tramutola (right) scored her first goal of the season.

Krissy Fioretti October 3: First-time scorers pace Mules past Bryn Mawr
Sophomore Krissy Fioretti (left) was one of three Mules to score her first career goal in a 4-0 win against Bryn Mawr, a team that had not allowed a goal in nearly 400 minutes.

Colleen Touhey September 29: Giant killers strike again
The Mules posted their second win against a ranked team in eight days, toppling Dickinson, 1-0. Sophomore Colleen Touhey (right) assisted on the lone goal.

September 25: Mules fall to Scranton
Scranton scored late in the first half and held on to hand the Mules their fourth 1-0 loss.

Francesca Cobuzzi September 24: Cobuzzi named player of the week
Freshman goalkeeper Francesca Cobuzzi (left) was named defensive player of the week by the Centennial Conference.

Taylor Pini September 22: Mules stun No. 6 Johns Hopkins
For the third time in four years, Muhlenberg defeated a Johns Hopkins team that was ranked in the top 10 in Division III. Freshman Taylor Pini (right) scored an insurance goal in the second half.

September 19: Late overtime goal sinks Mules
Haverford scored off a corner kick with 2:54 left in the second overtime to beat Muhlenberg, 1-0.

September 15: Muhlenberg drops CC opener
McDaniel scored off a free kick early in the second half for the only goal in a 1-0 win against Muhlenberg.

September 12: Mules fall to No. 4 Messiah
Muhlenberg trailed fourth-ranked Messiah by one goal at halftime and wound up losing, 3-0.
