November 27: Murphy honored for sportsmanship
Freshman Erin Murphy was named to the 2012 Fall All-Centennial Conference Sportsmanship team for her behavior on the court.

November 19: Hynson named to Academic Honor Roll
Sophomore Holly Hynson was among the 35 Muhlenberg athletes named to the Centennial Conference Academic Honor Roll for the fall 2012 season.

Katherine Boll Chelsea Kaser November 7: Youth is served on All-CC team
Freshmen Katherine Boll (left) and Chelsea Kaser (right) became the first pair of Muhlenberg volleyball freshmen to earn All-Centennial Conference honors in the same season. Both were voted to the second team.

October 27: Season ends with sweep of Ursinus
The Mules ran their win total to 17 with a 3-0 sweep of Ursinus in the final match of the season.

October 24: Mules swept at Moravian
Muhlenberg lost in three sets in its next-to-last match of the season.

Vanessa Pulice October 20: Muhlenberg splits final home matches
Muhlenberg was swept by Gettysburg to fall out of the Centennial Conference playoff race but rebounded to defeat York (Pa.) in five sets. Freshman Vanessa Pulice (right) totaled 61 assists in the two matches to go over 500 for the season.

Laurainne Ojo-Ohikuare October 17: Mules fall in four to Swarthmore
Muhlenberg won the first set, but Swarthmore came back to take the next three and the match. Junior Laurainne Ojo-Ohikuare (left) hit hit .429 in 14 attempts.

Taylor Grbelja October 13: Long run highlights 2-0 day
The Mules scored 17 straight points in the second set of a 3-1 win against NYU-Poly on the second day of the Kean Invitational. Freshman Taylor Grbelja (right) had a team- and career-high eight kills in the second match, a 3-0 sweep of Manhattanville.

Erin Murphy October 12: Mules split two at Kean
Muhlenberg lost to Kean in four sets and defeated Alvernia in three on the first day of the Kean Invitational. Freshman Erin Murphy (left) tied her career high with six kills to go along with a block in the second match.

October 10: Win streak snapped
After four straight 3-0 sweeps, the Mules lost to Centennial Conference co-leader Franklin & Marshall

October 8: Boll honored by CC
Freshman Katherine Boll was named Centennial Conference player of the week.

Sarah Weyhmuller October 6: Two more sweeps for the Mules
Muhlenberg extended its streak of sweeps to four with 3-0 wins against Washington and Cedar Crest. Freshman Sarah Weyhmuller (left) recorded a career-high 10 kills vs. Washington and hit .500 in the two matches.

Alyssa Schell October 4: Mules win 10th
Muhlenberg swept FDU-Florham for its 10th win of the season. Sophomore Alyssa Schell (right) recorded a season-high 13 digs.

Lindsey Gambocurta October 3: Muhlenberg sweeps Bryn Mawr
Muhlenberg snapped a three-match Centennial Conference skid with a 3-0 home sweep of Bryn Mawr. Sophomore Lindsey Gambocurta (left) recorded nine kills and four digs.

Nikki Dickson September 29: Mules fall in five at Dickinson
After coming back twice, the Mules lost a heartbreaker in five sets at Dickinson. Sophomore Nikki Dickson (right) had a career-high 40 assists.

September 21: Hopkins spoils Homecoming match
Undefeated Johns Hopkins swept the Mules in their Homecoming match.

September 19: Mules swept at Haverford
Muhlenberg suffered its first Centennial Conference loss of the season, 3-0 at Haverford.

Joanne Josephson September 15: Mules take two at McDaniel
Freshman Joanne Josephson (right) contributed nine kills and four blocks to help Muhlenberg defeat McDaniel in four sets in its Centennial Conference opener. The Mules went on to sweep Goucher to improve to 8-3.

September 8: Two earn all-tourney honors
Freshman Katherine Boll tied a school record with 22 kills in a three-set loss to Elizabethtown and was named to the Buttermaker all-tournament team, where she was joined by sophomore Holly Hynson. Muhlenberg also fell to Salisbury on the second day of the tourney.

Morgan Duggan September 7: Muhlenberg sweeps through Buttermaker opponents
Junior Morgan Duggan (left) recorded a career-high nine kills in only 13 attempts as the Mules swept Centenary in their opening match of the Buttermaker Tournament. The Mules went on to defeat their second opponent, King's, in another 3-0 sweep.

September 5: Mules work late to beat DeSales
In a match that didn't end until 10:45, Muhlenberg rallied from a 2-0 deficit to defeat DeSales, 3-2.

Holly Hynson September 1: Muhlenberg finishes second at Moravian
Sophomore Holly Hynson (right) recorded her first career double-double with 12 kills and 10 digs in a 3-1 against Wesley at Moravian's Greyhound Premiere Invitational. The Mules lost their match to Moravian to place second in the tournament.

August 31: Freshmen impressive in first matches
Behind strong performances from several freshmen, Muhlenberg its first two matches of the season at the Greyhound Premiere Invitational.
