NOTE: Instructions for the completion of the AlcoholEdu program are being sent to all first-year students. The program must be completed before you will be allowed to participate in Orientation.
The following schedule is tentative. Times, presenters and programs are subject to change. A final schedule in printed form will be available for you at check-in. You can download a printed copy of the schedule.

If you are a residential student, please check-in at the lobby of your assigned residence hall. Student Advisors and volunteers will be available to assist you and your family in moving you in to your room. The Residential Life Staff will also distribute Orientation Weekend materials to you.

Room 111, J. Conrad and Hazel Seegers Union BuildingIf you will be commuting from home, you are invited to attend this welcome and information session. The session will help acclimate you to campus and inform you of the many activities and events you should plan to attend during the weekend.

This session introduces you to other students in your seminar group. You will be asked to sign up for a one-on-one individual advising session with your Faculty Advisor, which can occur during several scheduled times set aside during the weekend.

While students are in their seminar group meetings, President Helm will welcome and address the parents of the Class of 2015. Parents Council Co-Chairs Bill and Sharon Crist P'12 will share their perspectives and strategies for both parents and students to make the most of their Muhlenberg experiences.

Student advisors will be conducting campus tours, departing from the mailboxes in the lower level of the Seegers Union every 20 minutes. Bring along your class schedule and locate some of your classrooms.
Check your mailbox
Your campus mailbox will serve as an important connection to the College over the next few years. Opening the box can sometimes be a tricky affair. Student advisors will be available at the mailboxes in the lower level of the Seegers Union to assist you in trying out your box combination.Set up your room

Welcome to your new home in Allentown, Pennsylvania! Since you will reside at Muhlenberg for nine months out of the year, you may want to consider changing your voter registration status from your home address to your new College address - or registering to vote for the first time! Check out the table in the lower level of Seegers Union to visit students who will assist you in this process or obtain the forms from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.7:30 p.m.
