Going Forward, Giving Back
What is a Mentorship?
A Mentorship is a trusting relationship that brings people together in an ongoing relationship aimed at developing the competence, skills and character of the mentee. A mentor is a person who can ask provocative questions and provide decision making support. Mentors are good listeners, who want to help others bring out strengths that are already there.
