Muhlenberg Students Return to Campus
ALLENTOWN, Pa. – (August 26, 2010) – Muhlenberg College welcomes 605 members of the Class of 2014, who move into the residence halls Friday, August 27.
Move-in will began at 7 a.m. on the west end of campus as students moved into Brown, Prosser and Walz Halls. Upperclassmen representing various student groups, alumni volunteers and staff members help the new students and their families unload their belongings into the dorms.
Following move-in, the first-year students begin a weekend-long orientation program run by student and faculty advisors. Upperclassmen will move in on Saturday and Sunday. Classes will begin for all students on Monday, August 30.
On Sunday evening, August 29, faculty and staff will welcome students back to campus at Opening Convocation, 7 p.m., in Egner Memorial Chapel.
