Sr. Account manager / B101 FM
typical day: Generating revenue to the radio station by helping companies grow their business. The goal of my position is to create successful campaigns for companies and have them advertise to the influential demographic B101 attracts in order to achieve their goals. I meet with businesses to discuss their needs, and desires and then design marketing strategies for them on B101 by creating an on-air campaign plus incorporating other appropriate elements: exposure on our website, promotional tie-ins and outdoor exposure at their location.

exciting news: I met the love of my life, Tim Lebling, in DC in 1998 and we got married in 2000. We bought a house in West Chester, PA in 2001. Then in September 2003 we had a baby girl, Faith Anne. She is my little princess and is already 2!

insights: Life is a balancing act - especially since having kids. My insight to share to the undergrads at Muhlenberg is that setting goals is a priority. Goals that are written down and measurable. Plus persistence in any job is key! Especially in sales. Thanks to Muhlenberg - the heavy course loads, the papers, challenging assignments - it prepared me well for all the multitasking and juggling of accounts at once. Plus Muhlenberg preped me well for the doing the necessary research, creating the proposals and presenting the ideas to the clients. Most of all never set any self limiting beliefs.
