Pluralism, xenophobia and agoraphobia associate diversity without convivial norms as disorderly. Pluralsim in the U.S. brought agoraphobics and xenophobics face to face with their worst fears: internal fear of strangers, the encroachment of social space, fears of being-in-the-world. Pluralsim's diversity enriches individuals; pluralism gone inequitable creates agoraphobia and xenophobia. With pluralsim comes fortitude, fortitude respects values, with out this respect we are left with only these phobias. |
