Welcome to the Office of the Controller.  Controller Staff work to support the mission of Muhlenberg College.  

Student services provided by the Controller’s Office are Student Account Billing and Collection, College Cashier, Perkins Loan Reporting and Payroll Services. 

College services provided by the Controller’s Office are Payroll Services, Accounts Payable, Cashier Services and Endowment Accounting.

Effective January 1, 2008 our mileage reimbursement rate will increase from 48.5 cents to 50.5 cents per mile.  For travel prior to January 1, 2008 you will be reimbursed at the rate of 48.5 cents per mile.  Travel after January 1, 2008 will be reimbursed at the rate of 50.5 cents per mile.  You are encouraged to submit your reimbursements in a timely manner preferably within two weeks of return from travel assignments. 

This increase in our mileage rate is the rate recently authorized by the Internal Revenue Service effective January 1, 2008.
