Welcome to the Office of the Controller.  Controller Staff work to support the mission of Muhlenberg College.  

Student services provided by the Controller’s Office are Student Account Billing and Collection, College Cashier, Perkins Loan Reporting and Payroll Services. 

College services provided by the Controller’s Office are Payroll Services, Accounts Payable, Cashier Services and Endowment Accounting.

Please be advised effective July 1, 2008 the mileage reimbursement rate will increase from 50.5 cents per mile to 58.5 cents per mile.  For travel prior to July 1, 2008 you will be reimbursed at the rate of 50.5 cents per mile.  Travel after July 1, 2008 will be reimbursed at the rate of 58.5 cents per mile.  You are encouraged to submit your reimbursements in a timely manner - within two weeks of return from travel assignments. 

This increase in our mileage rate is the rate recently authorized by the Internal Revenue Service effective January 1, 2008.
