In addition, reasonable efforts will be made to assist students using any other software available in labs or classrooms.

The Student Help Desk does not support any software that is not on ResNet, including CD-ROMs, games, or commercial online services. For assistance using any personal software that is not on ResNet, contact the vendor or service provider.
