Link text should be meaningful but brief and should continue the flow of the content of the document. This provides an appropriate flow of the content of the page, and is preferable to the common "click here" link.
Useful link text will assist web users in recognizing the presence of a hyperlink, understanding the purpose of the hyperlink, and understanding how to use the hyperlink.
