Head Coach Corey Goff
Corey Goff was named head baseball coach at Muhlenberg College in May 2006. In his second year, he led the Mules to their third 20-win season and a trip to the Centennial Conference playoffs.

In his last stint as head coach, Goff led Wyoming Seminary to its first playoff berth in more than a decade in 2000. He was assistant baseball coach at Westminster Schools in Atlanta in 1999, working with pitchers and catchers. Goff also was pitching coach at his alma mater, Susquehanna University, in 1996.

A three-year letterwinner and two-year captain at Susquehanna, Goff was the starter and winner of the 1995 Middle Atlantic Conference championship game as the Crusaders won the first MAC title in their history. Susquehanna made two NCAA Tournament appearances during Goff’s playing career.

In taking the baseball position, Goff stepped down as assistant coach with the Muhlenberg football team, which he helped win four straight Centennial Conference co-championships from 2001 to 2004. He was an assistant athletic director from 2003 to 2008, serving as interim athletic director in 2006, and was promoted to associate athletic director in 2008. Goff also serves as summer camp coordinator and supervises the College’s strength and conditioning programs.

Assistant Coach Dan Horoshock

Dan Horoshock joined the Muhlenberg coaching staff in 2004 after 12 years as an assistant coach on the scholastic level, six at Saucon Valley High School and six at Palisades High School. He also was assistant coach for the Quakertown Blazers of the Atlantic Collegiate Baseball League the last three summers. Horoshock is a 1997 graduate of East Stroudsburg University and currently serves as a health and physical education teacher in the Easton Area School District.

Assistant Coach Jonmichael Vito

Jonmichael Vito has completed four seasons as a Muhlenberg assistant coach. He is a 2002 graduate of College Misericordia, where he was a catcher on the baseball team. Vito set a school record for total chances without an error (184) and was named the Cougars’ MVP as a senior.

Assistant Coach Dylan Sapir

Dylan Sapir is in his fifth season as an assistant coach, but he has a longer association with the Muhlenberg baseball program. Sapir played three years with the Mules, the first as a second baseman before converting to catcher for his junior and senior years. He was a team captain as a senior in 2001, when he hit .357 and was voted “Player’s Player” by his teammates. Sapir works with the team in the fall and February and then serves as an assistant at Phillipsburg High School.
