April 26: Mules fall in extra innings
Muhlenberg came back from a 7-1 deficit to force extra innings, but DeSales scored two unearned runs in the top of the 10th to win 9-7 in the
Alvin H. Butz, Inc. Lehigh Valley College Baseball Showcase.

April 19: Seniors sweep in last home games
The Mules closed out their home schedule with a 10-9, 9-7 sweep of McDaniel. Chris Costa (left), one of nine seniors honored between games,
singled in the winning run in the bottom of the eighth in Game 2.

April 18: Long weekend starts with split
Playing the first of back-to-back doubleheaders, the Mules split with Johns Hopkins.
Senior John Kalis (right) went 5-for-9 in the doubleheader, including the winning home run in the first game.

April 16: Muhlenberg breaks out in big way
Freshman Nick Busillo (left), making his first career start, went 4-for-6 with three RBI to lead a 21-hit attack as Muhlenberg snapped a seven-game
losing streak with a 14-5 win at Dickinson.

March 28: Last-minute hits highlight split
Muhlenberg was down to its final out before tying the game in both ends of its doubleheader with Gettysburg. Sophomore Bobby Spindler (right) provided the
tying hit in the opener, which the Mules went on to win, 6-5. Gettysburg scored in extra innings to take the nightcap by the same score.

March 27: Mules complete sweep of Swat
Muhlenberg completed a sweep of its Centennial Conference-opening series against Swarthmore with a 5-1 win. Sophomore Jason Daniels (left)
pitched into the eighth inning and allowed only seven hits, and senior John Kalis went 4-for-5.

March 24: Muhlenberg wins CC opener
The Mules began Centennial Conference play on the right foot, defeating Swarthmore, 4-1. Junior Phil Cresta (left) worked into the ninth,
allowing only five hits, to pick up the win.

March 20: Muhlenberg wins in dramatic fashion
Muhlenberg scored seven runs six with two outs in the bottom of the ninth to stun St. John Fisher, 10-9, in the opening game of a three-game
series. Senior Eric Hammond (left) delivered the walkoff hit, a two-run triple.

March 18: Mules tie TCNJ
Muhlenberg tied traditional power New Jersey, 3-3, in a game called after nine innings due to darkness. Sophomore Kevin Witmier (right) allowed only four hits and
one run in seven innings.

March 17: Muhlenberg breaks out vs. Moravian
Sophomore Clint Lynch (left) tied a school record with three doubles and junior Phil Cresta pitched seven shutout innings as the Mules broke out of their team hitting
slump with an 18-4 win against Moravian.

March 11: Mules win home opener on walkoff
Junior Dan Fisher (right) doubled and scored the winning run with one out in the bottom of the ninth as Muhlenberg came back to beat Lebanon Valley, 6-5, in
its home opener.

March 4: Pitchers come up aces
Muhlenberg received outstanding starting pitching from seniors Brent Morris (left) and Mike Misciagna in a doubleheader split with Husson.
Morris pitched a complete game in the opener, a 6-3 win.

March 2: Bats stay hot vs. Northland
The Mules reached double digits in runs for the third time in fourth games, defeating Northland, 16-8. Junior Mark Shive (right) allowed no earned runs
in three relief innings to earn his first career win.
