GOLF SEVENTH AT GETTYSBURG
The Muhlenberg mens golf team finished seventh out of 14 teams at its fourth fall tournament, the Gettysburg Invitational. Senior Jesse Neider shot in the 70s for the third straight tournament, tying for sixth with a 79, just three strokes off the lead. |
Richardson Named Player of the Week

Junior forward Nick Richardson of the Muhlenberg mens soccer
Richardson, who shared the honor with Swarthmores Colton Bangs, scored three consecutive goals in a 2-0 week for the Mules. He tallied twice in a 2-1 come-from-behind win against Franklin & Marshall, including the game-winner 1:29 into overtime, then scored the first goal in a 3-0 victory at McDaniel. Richardson is the second Muhlenberg player in three weeks to earn the honor, following sophomore Jose Ramirez. He is tied for seventh in the CC in goals per game (0.50) with five in 10. = = = = = = = = = = = = = The Muhlenberg field hockey team fell three spots to No. 14 in the NFHCA poll after suffering a 1-0 defeat at Johns Hopkins. The Mules are now the third-highest ranked team in the CC, with McDaniel dropping to 11th and Ursinus ranked at No. 12. The 10th-ranked team in Division III is Montclair State (8-1), whose only loss is to Muhlenberg. |
