Senior linebacker Dan Walker (left) was named defensive player of the week. He led a stingy defense with a team-high 11 tackles, including five for loss and three sacks, and a forced fumble. The Mules held Grove City to 27 yards on 33 rushing attempts.

With team-leading totals of 6½ tackles for loss and four sacks, Walker has helped Muhlenberg to the CC lead in rushing defense (39.7 yards per game), passing defense (139.7) and total defense (179.3).

Senior running back Jason Spencer (right) was named offensive player of the week. He rushed for a career-high 153 yards on 27 carries and also caught four passes for 38 yards, including one for a 10-yard touchdown.
