MEN’S TENNIS DROPS LONE FALL MATCH

The Muhlenberg men’s tennis team fell at home to East Stroudsburg, 7-2, in its only dual match of the fall season.

Both of the Mules’ points came from sophomores in singles play. At No. 3, David Yaron won a tiebreaker to close out his first set, then breezed in the second, 6-1. James Goldman, playing at No. 5, came back after dropping the first set to win a third-set supertiebreaker.

Football Game Available on Radio, TV and Web

For those kept indoors by what (according to forecasts) will be another rainy Saturday, the Muhlenberg football game against Johns Hopkins will be available three different ways:

• WMUH 91.7 FM will broadcast the game live. To listen in Real Audio, Click here.

• Service Electric TV2 will televise the game live.

The game will pair two teams that have tied for the Centennial Conference championship each of the last three years. Johns Hopkins, ranked 15th in Division III, is the lone remaining undefeated team in the CC, with a league record of 3-0. The Mules are a game back at 2-1. Both squads rank in the top 20 in Division III in scoring defense and total defense.
