Moravian Game Available on Radio, TV and Web

Nothing beats being there for a big rivalry game, but for those unable to attend Muhlenberg’s season-ending football game against Moravian on Saturday, there are three other ways to follow it:

• WMUH 91.7 FM will broadcast the game live. To listen in Real Audio, Click here.

Three Named to Football Academic Team

Muhlenberg football players Kyle Douglass, Michael Leanch and Jordon Grube have been named to the ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District II College Division second team, selected by the College Sports Information Directors of America.

District II College Division consists of all NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA colleges and universities in Delaware, the District of Columbia, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. To be Michael
Leanch nominated for the academic team, a student-athlete must be at least a sophomore with a 3.2 cumulative grade-point average and a starter or significant reserve on his team.

Douglass, a senior accounting major, is the Mules’ top receiver with 37 catches for 518 yards and six touchdowns. He leads the Centennial Conference in receiving touchdowns and is second in receptions and yards.

Leanch (right), a senior economics major and team co-captain, is in his fourth year as a starter on the offensive line. He earned All-CC first-team honors in 2004 and was named a 2005 preseason All-American by

Grube, a sophomore biology major, has been Muhlenberg’s kicker since midway through his freshman year. He is second on the team in scoring with 33 points and has made seven of 12 field-goal attempts, including a career-best 45-yarder last week.
