Three members of the Muhlenberg men’s soccer team – sophomore midfielder Billy Dalton, junior back Jonathan Kliewer and junior forward Karim Assous – were named to the All-Centennial Conference second team.

Dalton led the Mules in scoring with 16 points on seven goals and two assists. He is tied for sixth in the CC in goals per game and eighth in points per game. Dalton scored four of his goals in CC matches, including the game-winner with five seconds to play in regulation against McDaniel.

Kliewer also was involved in a dramatic goal, assisting on the game-tying score with 20 seconds left in regulation of Muhlenberg’s playoff game against Gettysburg. He finished the season with a goal and two assists while playing on a defense that allowed a total of three goals in the final five matches.

Assous did not put up big scoring numbers (two goals, one assist) for a forward but was recognized by the league’s coaches for his hard work in helping to create scoring opportunities. He leads active Mule players in career assists (12) and points (28).

honor in her only season playing for the Mules. She led the team and ranks seventh in the CC with nine goals. DiMaio scored three of her goals in CC regular-season play and added another in Muhlenberg's playoff loss to Johns Hopkins.

Senior Kayla Boisvert and freshman twins Ashley and Christina O’Grady all were on the second team. Boisvert led the CC with a 0.69 goals-against average in league games and recorded six shutouts on the season. She finished her career third in team history with a career 1.10 goals-against average.

The O’Gradys are the first pair of Muhlenberg twins to earn all-conference honors in the same sport in the same season since softball players Elaine and Karen Gratrix in 1991. Ashley started for a defense that gave up one goal or fewer in nine of 10 CC matches, while Christina was the Mules’ leading scorer in CC action, with 12 points on five goals and two assists.

The Mules have placed at least four players on the All-CC team every year but one since 1995.
