Women’s Soccer Shut Out The Muhlenberg women’s soccer team suffered its second loss of the season, 1-0 at Misericordia. The Mules (6-2) entered the game 24th in Division III in scoring, averaging 3.86 goals per game, but were shut out for the first time this season. Click here for box score.

Freshman Jackie Price of the Muhlenberg volleyball team was named player of the week by the Centennial Conference.

Price hit .688 on 12 kills and only one error in 16 attempts to lead Muhlenberg to a three-set sweep of 2007 CC playoff qualifier McDaniel. The 12 kills were a career high, and she also added three blocks. In two Mule sweeps on the week, Price hit at a .583 clip.

For the season, Price is seventh in the CC in blocks (0.63 per set) and ninth in hitting percentage (.237). She leads all CC freshmen in hitting.
