May 8: Mules eliminated from NCAAs
The Mules were eliminated from the NCAA Tournament with a 4-1 loss to Farmingdale State. Muhlenberg lost its suspended
game to William Paterson, 9-2.

May 7: NCAA game suspended
Muhlenberg’s NCAA playoff game against William Paterson was suspended due to darkness in the top of the sixth inning with
the Pioneers leading 5-2. Freshman Brittany Blohm (left) homered in the second for the Mules’ two runs. The game will be picked up
at 10:00 on Friday morning.

Summer break starts a little later for the Mules, who travel to Ramapo for the NCAA Tournament after finishing up its schoolwork.

May 4: NCAAs start at Ramapo
The Mules will play in the NCAA Tournament at Ramapo College in Mahwah, N.J. The seventh-seeded Mules are scheduled to
play William Paterson in the first game of the double-elimination tournament on Thursday, May 7.

May 2: Crist slams Mules to playoff win
Senior Samantha Crist (left) hit a walkoff grand slam with one out in the bottom of the seventh to give Muhlenberg
an 8-5 win against Gettysburg in the first game of the Centennial Conference playoffs.

April 25: Split leaves Mules as second seed
A split with Ursinus on the last day of the regular season gave the Mules the second seed for the Centennial Conference playoffs and a tie for the biggest turnaround
in CC history. A leadoff single by sophomore Alyssa Epstein (right) set up what proved to be the winning run in the 3-1 Game 2 victory.

April 20: Two sophs honored
Sophomores Ashley Brewer and Alyssa Bruckner earned weekly Centennial Conference honors after helping the Mules clinch a playoff spot.

April 19: Next stop: playoffs
Muhlenberg clinched its first Centennial Conference playoff berth since 2004 with a 2-0 shutout of Haverford in the second game of a doubleheader.

April 18: Mules close in on playoffs
Playing for the first time in 11 days, Muhlenberg took a big step toward the Centennial Conference playoffs with a 9-0, 11-0 doubleheader sweep at McDaniel.

April 7: Muhlenberg splits at Swat
The Mules split a Centennial Conference doubleheader at three-time playoff qualifier Swarthmore. Freshman Maggie Scarpelli (right) drove in the go-ahead run
in an eight-run seventh inning in the first game and hit her first career home run in the second.

April 5: Hot streak continues
The Mules ran their winning streak to seven games with a 9-3 win at Susquehanna. Freshman Shelby Smith (left) ws involved in all four of the
Mules’ run-scoring innings and also pitched an inning to earn the win.

April 4: Six in a row for Mules
Junior Allie Saltstein (right) made key contributions with her bat and her arm, helping Muhlenberg sweep Washington for its third straight
doubleheader sweep.

March 31: Bruckner throws no-hitter in sweep
Sophomore Alyssa Bruckner (left) pitched the first no-hitter for the Mules since 1990 to cap a 3-0, 3-0 sweep of Dickinson. Ashley Brewer tossed a two-hitter in the
opening game.
